Sentinels are encouraged to get in touch with Heimdall if they face a situation too dangerous for them to handle on their own, or if they anticipate great danger and need a bit of magical protection to get them through it. They're also encouraged to consult with Heimdall if they have any facet of the job that they wish to discuss in further detail.
